“Today I did this one day tour to Yangmingshan Nationalpark and Beitou. Some people canceled last minute so I was the only one on the tour, which was a great experience. We went to different spots in the (super huge) Nationalpark. Not possible to visit everything but we've seen many nice spots (flower clock, sulfur deposits, pond etc.). My guide Jerry568 made the tour perfect. He knows everything about the area and takes you to all the great places. We also stopped at a small hot spring where I put my feet in. “We loved visiting Beitou & Yangmingshan National Park. We choose to do a private driver instead of a group tour. Our driver was kind and informative however it was a bit awkward at times. We just aren’t used to be driven around and escorted in and out of sites. In hindsight we would have been a bit more comfortable in a group setting. All in all, the places we saw were beautiful and well worth a visit. So different than other places in Taiwan and the park is a cool escape from the heat and humidity of the city.”
